The Schedule Calendar

The Schedule view is your central hub for managing when and where jobs happen. Access it from Schedule in the main navigation.

Calendar Views

Switch between views using the buttons at the top of the calendar:

  • Month — See all jobs across the month at a glance. Best for planning ahead
  • Week — Detailed hour-by-hour view of the week. Best for spotting gaps and conflicts
  • Day — Focused view of a single day with time slots. Best for busy days

  • List — A flat list of jobs in a date range. Best for printing or quick scanning

  • Map — An interactive map showing job locations. Best for planning routes and seeing geographic spread

How Jobs Appear on the Calendar

Each job is displayed as a color-coded event showing the job title and scheduled time. Colors indicate the job status:

  • Green — Scheduled
  • Orange — Dispatched
  • Blue — In Progress
  • Gray — Completed
  • Red — Emergency or high priority

Click any event to view the full job details.

Drag-and-Drop Rescheduling

You can reschedule jobs directly on the calendar:

  • Drag a job to a different date or time slot to move it
  • Drag the bottom edge of a job in week or day view to change its duration

Revofield automatically checks for scheduling conflicts when you move a job. If the technician already has a job at that time, you'll be warned before the change is saved.

Map View

The Map view shows all scheduled jobs as pins on an interactive map, colored by priority:

  • Red pin — Emergency or urgent
  • Orange pin — High priority
  • Green pin — Normal scheduled
  • Blue pin — In progress

Click a pin to see the job title, customer name, scheduled time, and address. From there, you can navigate to the full job details.

Jobs without a customer address won't appear on the map — they're listed separately below.

Filtering

Use the filters at the top to narrow down what you see:

  • Status — Show only scheduled, dispatched, in progress, etc.
  • Priority — Filter by low, normal, high, or emergency
  • Technician — Show jobs for a specific team member
  • Date Range — Focus on a specific period (list view)
  • Search — Find jobs by title or customer name

Your filter preferences are saved so they persist when you come back.
