Customer Profile & History

Once a customer is created, their profile becomes the central hub for all interactions, jobs, and billing.

Viewing a Customer Profile

Go to Customers and click on any customer to open their profile. The profile is organized into two sections: a sidebar with contact details and a main area with tabbed content.

Contact Details (Sidebar)

The left sidebar shows at a glance:

  • Name and company (if applicable)
  • Customer ID — Auto-generated unique identifier
  • Email — Click to send an email directly
  • Phone — Click to call
  • Preferred contact channel — Email, Phone, or SMS
  • Internal notes — Private notes from your team

Below the contact details, you'll see all saved addresses with the primary address highlighted.

Job History Tab

The Job History tab shows every job associated with this customer:

  • Job title and scheduled date
  • Status displayed as a color-coded tag (Draft, Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, etc.)
  • Click any job to view its full details

If there are no jobs yet, you'll see a Schedule First Job button to create one directly from the profile.

Billing Tab

The Billing tab gives you a financial snapshot of the customer:

Summary Cards:

  • Total Billed — Sum of all invoices
  • Total Paid — Payments received
  • Outstanding Balance — What's still owed

Invoice Table:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Status (Draft, Sent, Paid, Overdue)
